Tags

The Tags page is an advanced page to allow every textual music tag in every file to be changed. The table is sorted by folder, then file.

To edit a tag, click inside the cell, edit the text and press [return] or one of the cursor keys. Changes are reflected immediately in music files. All cells other than the file and folder are editable.

To reverse changes, use the Undo button which reverses changes one at a time starting with the most recent.

Raw tags written in monospace font represent the raw field name inside the music file. Abstract tag names written in sans serif font write to the commonly accepted (de facto) fields for said data (for example, Album Artist will write to TPE2 in ID3 tags).
